Returns & Refunds

We take great care in checking and packaging every order. To maintain hygiene standards and protect all customers, our returns process is strict and must be followed exactly as outlined below.

  1. Return Request

If you would like to return an item, you must submit a return request within 3 days of receiving your order.
• Return requests made after 3 days may not be accepted.
• Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions.
• Unauthorised or unapproved returns will not be processed.

  1. Clothing – Conditions for Return

Returns on full-price clothing are accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:
• Item is unworn, unwashed and unused
• No marks, stains, perfume, deodorant or make-up
• No damage, stretching or signs of wear
• All original tags and packaging are intact
• Item is returned within the timeframe provided in your approval email

Items that do not meet these conditions will be rejected and returned to you.

  1. Jewellery – Strict Hygiene Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, all jewellery items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless faulty upon arrival.

This includes: earrings, necklaces, bracelets, rings, anklets and jewellery sets.

Any jewellery returned without approval will be sent back to you.

  1. Postage Deductions

We do not offer free returns.

If your return is approved, the following will be deducted from your refund:
• Original delivery fee
• Return postage (if we provide the label)
• Any non-refundable payment processing fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable in all circumstances.

  1. Incorrect / Faulty Items

If your order arrives incorrect or faulty, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue

We will review and assist in line with our obligations under UK consumer law.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:
• All jewellery (unless faulty on arrival)
• Sale or discounted items
• Items worn, washed, damaged or altered
• Items with missing tags or packaging
• Items returned outside the approved timeframe

  1. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 5–7 working days.

Refunds will be adjusted for:
• Postage deductions
• Any condition issues
• Any non-refundable charges

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.

  1. Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered where stock is available.
If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued (minus postage deductions).
